Is everything really free shipping? 

Felix Professional is proud to offer free shipping on every order over $19.99 before sales tax as well as all subscription orders.

Will you ship outside the Continental U.S.? 

Unfortunately, due to international shipping laws, we can only ship to locations within the Continental U.S.

How long does it take for you to ship once I make my purchase?

Once you place your order, we get right to work processing your purchase and send it out within two (2) business days so you can start making your beauty routine easier and cleaner. 

What is considered ‘Hazardous’ under US shipping laws?

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including (but not limited to) aerosol items, alcohol-based products, items that contain contents under pressure or items containing batteries. These HAZMAT items are required to be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S.  

They cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

So, where can the brush cleaner be shipped? 

Because of the alcohol-based materials used to make the ultra-premium, professional formula, our brush cleaner can be sent to the Continental US, but cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes or Military bases.

Do you accept international orders? 

Currently we only accept orders within the Continental US.

Do you ever offer promo or coupon codes?

From time to time we will offer exclusive offers or promos that can be redeemed here on our site. Simply input the code when prompted and get your limited-time offer. It’s that simple.

How often should I clean my brushes?

To protect your skin and unused makeup from harmful bacteria, you should wash your makeup brushes at least every 7-10 days based on frequency of use. 

Can I soak my brushes in Felix Professional Makeup Brush Cleaner?

No. Soaking your brushes in makeup cleaner can compromise the ferrule (where the brush head connects to the handle) and damage bristles. If your brushes require extra cleaning, repeat the dip and wipe steps until all remaining product is removed.

Why should I only dip my brushes halfway? Are they really getting clean? 

The bristles of your makeup brush act like a wick, pulling the product up into the brush to allow for easy cleaning and sanitizing. Submerging the bristles or ferrule in makeup brush cleaner is unnecessary and can damage your brushes.

Do your products contain parabens? 

Felix Professional is paraben-free and Clearly Clean - containing no fragrances, colors, oils, or dyes. 

Is Felix Professional safe for all brush types?

Yes, Felix Professional is safe for use on both synthetic and natural makeup brushes of all kinds.

Does Felix Professional work on beauty blenders too?

Depending on the composition of your beauty blender, using Felix Professional makeup cleaner may remove color from or damage your beauty blender.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. Felix Professional products are not tested on animals.

Are your products safe for all skin types?

Felix Professional products are formulated to be safe for all skin types, however, if you have a specific concern, please consult your physician or dermatologist.

How should I store Felix Professional?

Felix Professional makeup brush cleaner is flammable and should be stored out of direct sunlight and below temperatures of 110° F. Keep away from children. Do not ingest.

How do ProPoints work?

Every 100 ProPoints is equivalent to one ($1) dollar off.

Can my ProPoints be used to purchase products?

ProPoints can only be used for discount codes. So, while you can’t purchase an item with your ProPoints directly, you can redeem them for money off your order total.

How do I access my Clearly Clean Rewards account page?

Your Clearly Clean Rewards account is part of your Felix Pro account. Although you do need to opt-in. You can sign up or sign-in by using the link here, or by clicking the purple rewards button on the lower right-hand side of the screen.

Will I gain ProPoints without having an account?

Yes. Your Clearly Clean Rewards are linked to your Felix Pro account. So even if you've placed several orders with us, and have not signed up, your ProPoints will be retroactively added to your account.

How many ProPoints do I get on my birthday? 

You get 500 ProPoints on your birthday each year. Be sure to register and enter your birthday so we know when to give you your birthday rewards. Click the purple rewards button on the lower right-hand side of the screen. Click “Ways to Earn”, then edit your birthday.

Can I gain ProPoints by leaving reviews for products?

No. ProPoints can only be gained by the following ways listed here.

How do I access my account to see my ProPoint balance?

You can access your Clearly Clean Rewards account by logging into your account here.

Do my ProPoints expire after a certain amount of time? 

No. Your ProPoints are available for as long as you have an account in our Clearly Clean Rewards program.

Can I be rewarded for referring a friend?

Yes. You will be rewarded with a $5 coupon off your next purchase. This coupon is rewarded only after the referred friend completes their first purchase.

How do I access my account?

You can access your account by going to the ‘Subscription’ menu option. Provide your email address and a 4-digit code will be emailed to you. Enter this code in the prompt to access your subscriptions page.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? 

Yes, you can cancel whenever you’d like by going to the 'Subscriptions' section of your account and clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions.' Choose the desired subscription you would like to cancel, click ‘Cancel Subscription’, provide a reason for the cancellation, then click ‘Cancel Subscription’ to confirm.

Can I skip a scheduled delivery?

Yes, you can update your subscription preferences by logging in here, or by visiting the ‘Subscribe & Save' section of your account and clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions.' Choose the desired subscription you would like to skip, click ‘Skip’, then click ‘Yes, Skip My Order’ to confirm.

Can I change the frequency of my delivery? 

Yes, you can update your delivery preferences by logging in here, or by visiting the ‘Subscribe & Save' section of your account and clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions.' Choose the desired subscription you would like to change, then select your new desired frequency and click ‘Save Changes' to confirm.

Change I change the products in my subscription?

To change or swap a subscription product, you will need to cancel your current subscription and re-purchase a new one with your desired product.

How far in advance do I need to adjust my subscription? 

Changes to your subscription should be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment date.

Can I change the order quantity in my subscription 

Yes, you can update your subscription quantity preferences by logging in here, or by visiting the ‘Subscribe & Save' section of your account and clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions.' Choose the desired subscription you would like change, then edit the quantity then click ‘Save Changes’ to confirm.
